Affiliate Terms and conditions

Welcome to Gl1tch! Thank you for deciding to become a member of our affiliate program.

By joining the program, affiliates accept to use the Program in the manner stated in these Terms and Conditions and are bound by them. You are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any way if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.


1. Registration Approval & Denial

In our sole and absolute discretion, we reserve the right to approve or deny ANY Affiliate Program Registration. For the denial of your Affiliate Program Registration, you will have no legal recourse against us.

2. Mandatory Content Deliverables (Biweekly Video Requirement)

As an active member of the Gl1tch Affiliate Program, you agree to fulfill the following content creation requirements:

  • Frequency: You must create, publish, and tag Gl1tch in at least one (1) high-quality promotional video featuring our product every two (2) weeks (a minimum of two (2) videos per calendar month).

  • Platform & Links: Videos may be published on approved platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, and must clearly feature your assigned affiliate link or unique discount code.

  • Compliance & Tagging: All promotional videos must comply with standard advertising laws by including clear disclosures (e.g., #ad, #affiliate, or "Paid Partnership").

  • Non-Compliance: Failure to post the required biweekly promotional video constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in commission withholding or account termination.

3. Commission & Payout Structure

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a 10% commission on Net Sales generated from orders completed through your assigned unique tracking link or promo code.

  • Net Sales Calculation: Net Sales are calculated based on the final order subtotal and exclude taxes, shipping fees, discounts, chargebacks, and returns.

  • Payout Schedule & Conditions: Payments will only be issued for completed, non-refunded transactions. Commissions are subject to a standard holding period to accommodate customer return and processing windows. You must set valid payment details in your affiliate account settings to receive payouts. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are not eligible for payment.

4. Affiliate Links & Coupons

Although an affiliate link is generated automatically upon approval, you can also create custom links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks on someone else's affiliate link and subsequently clicks on yours before purchasing, your link will take precedence.

On the dashboard, affiliates may be assigned a unique discount code. You will not receive double commission if a customer clicks your link and applies your coupon simultaneously. If you have not been assigned a branded coupon, you are not authorized to advertise one. Affiliates are permitted to promote Gl1tch on social media platforms, blogs, and print publications.

5. Marketing Resources & License

Through the Marketing Resources tab, we may share promotional media with you, such as banners, logos, or specific campaign assets.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Gl1tch logos and assets strictly for promotional purposes under this Program.

  • By participating in the Program, you grant Gl1tch a perpetual, royalty-free license to repost, reuse, and feature any promotional videos you create on our official social media accounts and website.

6. Tracking & Cookies

We track referred customers using browser cookies.

  • The tracking duration is specified in your affiliate portal. The tracking period begins when a customer clicks your link or applies your coupon.

  • During the active cookie window, eligible purchases made by the customer will yield a commission without requiring additional link clicks.

  • We cannot track or credit users who disable, block, or clear their cookies.

7. Prohibited Activities

You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Fail to meet the mandatory biweekly video output requirement.

  • Purchase products for personal use through your own affiliate link.

  • Use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading communications.

  • Misrepresent your relationship with Gl1tch or act as an official representative.

  • Host or promote illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

  • Use cookie stuffing or automated fraudulent tracking methods.

Paid Search & Traffic Diversion Policy:

  • Do not bid on our brand, domain name ("Gl1tch"), or any misspellings on search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).

  • Do not run ads pretending to be our official store or direct paid ad traffic to our domain URL.

  • Do not capture or divert organic search traffic using paid ad campaigns.

Violations of these terms will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

8. Exclusion & Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time. If an affiliate wishes to leave the program, or if you have questions regarding these terms, please contact us at info@gl1tch.ae.
