Return policy

Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. 

Return Window: In accordance with UAE consumer rights, items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment and can take up to 10-14 days depending on the issuing bank.

Damaged/Wrong Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
